Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving Kerfluffle

Millennials recently bashed ABC'S annual airing of 'A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving,' calling it out on racist grounds. As part of my research, I have used the now-semi-forgotten Journal of Cartoon Overanalyzations. In that research, I have learned that these allegations are NOT new, and have been around the past ten years, since at least Thanksgiving 2008.

Seated at the head of the table, Linus Van Pelt. One of the more knowledgeable characters in the Peanuts series and Charlie Brown's best friend. He plays the role here of unofficial officiant of the dinner party. Seated to his left, Sally Brown, Charlie's sister who crushes on Linus. Next to her is seated her brother and main Peanuts character, Charlie Brown. I'm not an expert on fanciful dinner seating schemes, but I find it a natural choice for these first three choices from the character's perspective. Sally would want to be close to either Linus or Charlie. Charlie is in the role of safety net and Linus is goal.

Next to Charlie's left is seated Patricia 'Peppermint Patty' Reichardt. She has a similar crush on Chuck. Seated next to Patty on her left is Snoopy, Charlie's loyal dog. He has a rich and vibrant imagination for a dog. I think he gets it from interacting with Charlie, the rest of the Brown's, and their friends. As man's best friend he protects these children from non-family and any non-friend dangers. Seated to Snoopy's left, at the end of the table, is Marcie. Marcie is credited with no surname.  JCartAnal had more to say about relationships between some of the characters, especially Patty and Marcie. Knowing of the article, I believe in the protective nature of Snoopy's placement at the table. All are welcome at this table of thanks, even if they do us harm in the future. Come peaceably, truthfully, and faithfully to this table and you WILL NOT be turned away. This Thanksgiving special is about knowing your characters and knowing your audience. The characters are mostly placed before us. The audience comes after.

Ultimately, we have Franklin. Again, an uncredited surname. Who is Franklin? I don't believe he is a foe. I do believe Franklin is clearly a friend of the same level as the other children at the table. He has a unique advantage to view the seating and the relationships they bring to the table. Much the same as we the viewers have perspective of the WHOLE TABLE. What would Franklin's view be like from his perspective as an onlooker? I think it would be close to that of The Last Supper. Except, nobody is going to be crucified here. None of the viewers are expected to be crucifiers or to be crucified. It is Thanksgiving. A time to give thanks to our LORD and His FATHER in Heaven for what we have been given in our lives.

Thanks to 'Social Justice Warriors', again unnamed, we are now supposed to believe that Charlie Brown's Thanksgiving, his first with friends and people who are mostly not family, is a racist spectacle. We view this Thanksgiving program not only from our own perspectives, but also from Franklin's perspective. Instead of The Last Supper, what we view is The First Supper.  The first truly shared experience between the friends and potential significant others, if one has creative mind. Franklin was not forcibly added to the table. No law was needed to be passed to ensure his safety at the table. He came as a friend, reciprocating back the same peace, truth, and faithfulness. This special was produced in 1973, a time when America was coming off of horrific racial violence just a few years prior. The worst was over, but hardships remained, as they do today. Here we are, arguing whether or not Charlie Brown and the Peanuts gang are racists.

Were Charles Schulz, Bill Melendez, or Phil Roman racists? Charles 'Charlie Brown' Schulz ranges from definitely not, but would probably acknowledge SJW feels while maintaining the televised specials were different from the comic strip. I do believe he'd be more inclusive, adding more African-American characters, Native Americans, LGBT, etc. There is neither any evidence of racism from Melendez or Roman. Certainly they would have produced any 'modern-day'-type script from Schulz if the script was good and the characters workable. Know your characters, know your audience. We ALL have a table. Come peaceably, truthfully, and faithfully you WILL sit at this table. You WILL acquire the RIGHT SUSTENANCE and be FOREVER THANKFUL. Schulz believed in the goodness of people and Social justice Warrior Millennials can't believe he was trying to pull the covering from their eyes.

Future Media, Present Questions

What would happen if the internet some way, some how, splits itself up? One side free and open and wide-ranging with thought and discussion. Free of price for lower-income users, however providing great content across the board/s. The other, shut down, closed behind a thousand paywalls. Totally internet-locked and blocked from the other. I have seen reports that the government some day, some how, wants to charge for old-fashioned snail mail. I have read that the USPS could charge $50-100 a WEEK and still lose money. I have heard a similar number provided for EMAILS. $800 a month for all the 'precious' 'information' that facebook wants to control for you, or freedom of what you get to read, who you get to associate with, et cetera? How will Alex Jones become re-personed? How de-personing even possible in this day and age? No person has that right. No corporation should have that right. Even a person like Richard Spencer getting kicked off from MasterCard and PayPal is not right. I'll denounce Spencer and Jones ALL DAY, EVERY DAY, but still wind up saying that their situations aren't right.

The media will get rid of Trump QUICKLY as soon as they stop reporting on him. They could do that, but at that point, wouldn't that start to get to the point of de-personing? Deperson and deplatform the LEADER OF THE FREE (there it is again, FREE) WORLD would not look good on CNN OR FOX OR MSNBC OR ANYONE. The government IS INVOLVED in the media. It's not all Trumpoids in there pulling strings and flipping through gears either. There's equally some Obama, Bush 43, Clinton, Bush 41 and Reagan people involved. Should we ban them from social media once their term is finished? Should we topple their statues, burn their libraries, or desecrate their graves so the social justice warriors rest 'peacefully' for once in their lives? Would they go to Internet Free or Internet YouBook? You know where each one of them would go, forty-five times over.

The media, as publishers, still haven't paid me for all the hits and good content I've given them. Balanced, maybe, without fairness to its producers. We could unionize, but if the media would go so far as to ridicule our associations to people and organizations; to claim that you are a horrible non-person and should not associate with others in ANY manner, how would this help? 'We gave up on monetization and everything before, but NOW we want what is owed.' 'We can't unionize because we don't adhere to far-left beliefs. No organization will support us, nor can we securely create our own organization under threat of de-personing and de-monitization.' The absolute right to be ALIVE. To be FREE.

Information IS FREE. You aren't being charged by either Facebook or myself to read this 'manifesto'. That would be nice... some day. But I'm just a small-time noob producer. I post public domain videos on YouTube and its alternative, BitChute. I make a few 'manifestos' every now and then. I share quite a number of dank memes. I make no money, yet I keep going at it. Why? I've been thinking about that lately. Probably because I'd like to see someone have a good time watching the movies, rather than being bored and miserable. To give a viewpoint on issues I'm concerned about. Not trying to be a jerk or anything, just trying to work my way through this in a mostly stream-of-conscious style. And dang it!, just to share a dank meme or an excellent shitpost!

Information is INSTANT on the Information Superhighway. We ride these waves and see others riding on them, wanting for their experience to be as well as ours. We ride these waves in SEARCH of TRUTH. No company or person can tell us which way it is. Only we can find it; you, me, Sargon, Richard Spencer, and Alex Jones. We're mostly still here right now. I just touched a spot of internet that Richard Spencer touched! Watch out! You're touching a spot Alex Jones touched! The Informational Waves don't flow like that. It doesn't matter if the information is good or bad. The waves FLOW over you, forcing you into a certain position. Use your mind to understand positive and negative information. Use your pointy finger to either confirm the information with a thumb up, or star or smiley emoji; to deny that information with a thumb down, down vote or angry emoji. Are these things real? Are YOU real?

Obama gave away the internet and this is only the first round of what we should expect. We are here on ShitPoster.Club for a reason. We see that Twitter and perhaps other gnustances are corrupted by Governments such as China, corrupted by their own lusts for power and fame, corrupted by businesses that have gained the secret label of TOO BIG TO FAIL. An example of this is Facebook. As you have read, indeed the numbers of TRUTH are out there, their growth at this very moment is next to zero. China will open up to them eventually. Apple could very well play role of mediator in the discussions. This event will prove the fact of COLLUSION between Apple/Facebook/YouTube/Google with China at a deeper level than just 'Oh, this is business in China. It's normal to do it this way.' China can deny it all they want, but once we let it get to this point, it is almost certainly far too late. China has infiltrated our media, our business. At least those that do business in China. Zuckerberg sold his soul for a few more followers. But it wasn't his soul, it was the souls of EVERY SINGLE FACEBOOK USER. I am not sure what this Vox Day is, but I have been calling for our own self-controlled media platforms for almost twenty years now. Write a blog post. Put a vlog up on BitChute. So on and so on. We are deeply within an unneeded MADNESS and this is an easy FIRST STEP towards SANITY.

On August 6th, 2018 Alex Jones website InfoWars.com was banned from Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, and iTunes. The kicker: He was de-platformed from all these services within the span of TWELVE HOURS.

I must admit that I'm not a fan of Alex Jones. I admit I believe in the 'Alex Jones is Bill Hicks' Theory. I admit to believing fluoride in the water is a bad thing. Does it turn frogs gay? No. Alex Jones believes Sandy Hook and Parkland either did not happen, or were false flags involving crisis actors. Alex Jones lifts his thumb, points his forefinger, says 'Bang!' Magically Special Counsel Robert Mueller drops over dead, killed by the magic bullet Alex Jones shat out his finger. It's definitely not right. It's also not right to not defend or be able to defend Alex Jones right to use such acts. It's not right to deny his right to claim, either in speech or writing, that Sandy Hook was ever a hoax. All speech is free speech whether we agree with it or not. Free speech and a bit of discernment from the listener/reader should weed out the crackpots like Jones from legitimate news sources and truth tellers. However, as has been seen with Mainstream News outlets such as MSNBC, CNN, New York Times, this is not always the case. Joe Scarborough, Don Lemon, and Sarah Jeong are laughing. The pressure is taken off from them. Alex Jones, the left's Wicked Witch of the Week, is dead. Well, it's more his InfoWars site, but you get our drift, don't you? We get the drift. Drift along, getting told all you know is wrong, never to be reconciled into their leftist thinking any which way you try. Plus, you'll be called a racist, misogynist scumbag to boot. Put on the other boot and walk away. No, RUN. There is no freedom on the left. No free speech. AT ANY COST. Alex Jones and InfoWars were literally the canary in the coal mine. How's the weather out there, birdie? *tweet*I haven't gone into the mines yet!*tweet* That's a scary thought: WE AREN'T THERE YET. 

Facebook has lost over $20 billion in the stock market recently. The Zuck can't get into China. Facebook is stuck at near-zero growth and has been for at least a few quarters. No China equals no growth equals stocks plummet equals FACEBOOK FAILS. Simple scenario. What better way to gain back some of that lost trust in the market, but to ban one of yours and the left's LARGEST enemies?

Apple recently went back INTO China. Do you know what they brought with them, as a bargaining chip with China? THE INTERNET. But not just any internet, the AMERICAN INTERNET. Why is Trump negotiating 'trade deals' which seem to not have anything to do with actual trade? Because he's trying to negotiate some level of control of the AMERICAN INTERNET back under American control. Ask yourself: How does a company gain enough POWER to take away something- and give it to CHINA- that under any other normal circumstance, only the AMERICAN GOVERNMENT legally and legitimately GIVE and TAKE?

YouTube? They'll demonetize and block and ban you for just about any reason outside of HARDCORE PROGRESSIVE THOUGHT. Spotify? Who knows? I honestly feel that this is an act of Collusion between Facebook, YouTube, Spotify, and Apple. I personally can't prove it. Just a feeling. A 'conspiracy theory' you could say. Better get your hats ready.

They're burning our e books! Seriously, I think people would have caught on a couple of controversies back. You remember, the one where, at least in the case of Facebook, you don't actually own or have any right to the things you publish. From a dank meme of one's own creation, a snappy comeback, or even personal family pictures. Facebook owns it all.

That one got me rethinking Facebook. I'm not sure if Minds was a thing yet, but the controversy got me into thinking of alternatives to Facebook (Minds.com), Youtube (BitChute.com), and Twitter (ShitPoster.Club). I'm going to guess, off the top of my head, that it's pretty similar for Youtube and Twitter. Youtube I'm personally not worried about. I do post public domain movies up there. All I have to worry about on that end is copysquatters. Youtube has seemingly taken steps against the practice of copysquatting. Haven't seen too much there...

Twitter is another scenario. I'm being censored over there. Analytics evidence shows it. My numbers are down 80% since December. I've found using a trending hashtag helps. Some popular hashtags such as #qanon and #freealexjones among others recoup my losses. But I'm still bound up in the Alex Jones/Q Anon box. I'm tweeting a bit less this year than in previous years. 2016-17 feel down, but I'd have to check specific numbers. My drop in numbers isn't totally from burnout or laziness. No. The number of Conservatives, right-leaning Libertarians, general Republicans, and news/entertainment sources are dropping in an increasing number. Meanwhile left-leaning bots/socks and scam/fake news sites are on the rise. Leftists aren't growing much more in Twitter Population than those on the right, but the right is shrinking. This leads some, myself included, to feel as though the world of Twitter is shrinking into a leftist echo chamber. I've been targeted by some of these people. One attack was very tough. Over a hundred SJW trolls tried their hardest to demolish me on Twitter. I somehow confused the male and female genders with a made up word/s. I fought off those trolls with kindness. A link to Amish Friendship Bread recipe helped too. I was kind to them and followed each of them. It looks most blocked me, but a few still allow the follow, a few more followed back. I'm a bit worried about more thorough trolling. Maybe not doxxing, but other more nefarious methods. There are some evidences...

Superfights of the Century

When Facebook likely goes pay-to-play, I'm likely done with it. Probably weeks/months after the Zuck's congressional testimony. Sandberg all but said it: "When we (Facebook) get to that point, WE. OWN. YOU. #toobigtofail"
We should NOPEHARD out from that situation. Because SLAVERY is ILLEGAL.

Also, look at Conor there. No fights due to a fight. Wins the championships, gets the money, gets the women. Dana White gets jealous (all I can think of)- "Gotta book these fights, gotta run UFC, gotta kiss butts board and new ownership I SOLD OUT to. I'm bald, dang it! The ladies WONT love me looking like a goof! I gotta take out that rage! That boiling rage which raises my hormones... a-and makes me so bald! Hulk up! Take away EVERYONE'S fun! Take away their LIVELIHOODS! That will teach Conor! You don't mess with this guy! I wish I had more hair..." Conor reverses the baldie rage and goes into beardie rage. Probably thinks similar things too. Minus the baldie stuff. Who is right and who is wrong?
